Cytiva is a global medtech company specializing in solutions for biotechnology research and production. Over several assignments, we have supported Biacore’s development teams in both software and hardware projects, contributing with UX & UI design, UX research in a highly regulated and technically advanced environment.
Our Role
As UX Researcher, we led discovery phases through interviews, workshops, and contextual research. We mapped user needs and workflows, created UX documentation aligned with regulatory standards, and built interactive prototypes tested with specialists and real users. We also provided design guidelines and handovers to ensure smooth integration into development.

Biacore Intelligent Analysis Software – We designed interaction patterns and visual solutions to integrate a predictive model into evaluation workflows, balancing trust for experts with accessibility for broader teams.
Cell Line Development Platform – We mapped user journeys, developed personas, and tested interface concepts to define clear needs and design direction across the CLD segment.
